Go through LLangollen on the A5 Towards Holyhead, and about a mile from the town centre on the right hand side is a large building. Parking is just past the building.

Description

There are three rapids, the top rapid with a line on river left, the middle one having a stopper and the bottom one the best place to play. There is also, right by the mill buildings, a calm area with a small wave upstream, where the basics of moving on white water and surfing can be shown.

The facilities here are very good, with hot showers and a paddler friendly cafe.

Suitability

This is a great place to introduce beginners to white water, as long as instructors are along.

Access

To get on the water, a charge of £5.00 is needed, payable at the cafe.
